With wi-fi connection

The use of a stable Wi-Fi or 4G/5G connection increases the power of your Wilout solution tenfold, transforming cashing into a real live management tool:

• Optimal Customer Experience (Online Reload): Your participants can top up their cashless account online at any time, from their smartphone. This significantly reduces the lines at physical banks and improves customer satisfaction.

• Security and Agility: Connected mode activates the functionality of Black list. In the event of loss or theft of a support (bracelet or card), you can deactivate it remotely instantly, thus protecting the participant's balance and ensuring maximum security for the entire system.

Without a Wi-Fi connection

Your event will take place in the same way as with a login; transactions are validated and recorded.

However, it is important to note the limitations of this mode, which impact monitoring and administration:

• Delayed Activity Tracking: All sales and consumption data are stored locally on the terminals. You won't be able to track your activities live from your central dashboard.

• Synchronization Essential: In order to consolidate your final turnover and obtain a complete analysis, it is imperative to connect the terminals to an Internet network after the event to synchronize all transactions.

• ‍Support Security: Without an immediate connection, you won't be able to deactivate lost or stolen media.
