In case oftechnical emergency regarding Wilout services, you can send a mail to our support, who will respond to you within 24 working hours. When will the funds generated by my ticket office be returned to me?
Every Monday (excluding public holidays), we transfer the amount of sales from the previous week, minus the Wilout commission. This payment will be credited to your account within a maximum of 3 working days.
