Like each of the services we designed within theWilout ecosystem, our technology CONTROL is equipped with a management interface (or back-office) allowing you to monitor and analyze in real time the entry and exit data for your event.

Control from your browser

Wilout CONTROL allows you to control the entry and exit data of your participants from your browser.

It is a solution free and accessible simply from a computer, a tablet, or a smartphone.

Discover your management interface

The dashboard gives you a real-time overview of your gauges and inputs. It also includes shortcuts to certain sections of your space. Your Wilout CONTROL space is automatically synchronized with your Wilout ONLINE account.

The management interface allows you to:

• To create and manage your checklists

  Thanks to the dashboard in your back office, you can consult the entry tracking with the last entries recorded, the number of total entries and sort them by type of rate.

  The participant list tool gives you access to certain functionalities:

  - Use the search field to enter the name or surname of the participant, and thus consult their composting data on the checklist;
  - Compost or decompose your participants' tickets in one click;
  - Consult the details of the actions for each participant, to find the times of entry and/or exit.

• To change your personal information
  Fill in your personal contact information, legal information for your company, as well as your banking information.
  Change your login details as needed and synchronize your Wilout accounts.

• Access to support
  We provide you with a Help center answering the most frequently asked questions. You will also find a toolkit, redirecting you to our articles dedicated to CONTROL, including tutorials designed to guide you step-by-step through the various tool configurations.
