The implementation of the health pass raises many questions. So, in order to answer all the questions of your participants, we have put together a list of the 11 most frequently asked questions about the Health Pass.

How does it work in practice?

In order to attend events bringing together more than 50 people, one of the following three proofs constituting the” health pass ” you will be asked. In addition, in order to verify the consistency of the information, an identity document will be simultaneously requested.

  • vaccination (full schedule);
  • negative test of less than 48 hours for access to the major events concerned;
  • positive RT-PCR or antigen test attesting to recovery from Covid-19

The health pass is accessible via the TousAntiCovid application. However, it is possible to present health proof in paper versions.

From what age is it required?

The health pass is required from the age of 18. The obligation for those under 18 has been postponed to September 30, 2021.

Is wearing a mask mandatory inside the event?

The mask becomes optional when the premises introduce the health pass. However, the prefect or the organizer have the option of making it mandatory.

How do I retrieve my proof in the form of a QR Code?

All RT-PCR and antigenic tests generate proof as soon as the result is entered by the health professional in SI-DEP, which can be printed directly and which is also made available to the patient via an email and an SMS to retrieve it on The SI-DEP portal.

I lost or did not receive my test result by SMS/e-mail, what should I do?

How do I prove the validity of the health proof if my phone screen is faulty?

If your screen does not allow you to read the health evidence, simply print the proof on paper. Otherwise, send it by email to one of your loved ones who is accompanying you to the event.

I am a “contact case”, can I participate in the event?

As a contact case, you must respect the protocol put in place by the government. So isolate yourself and make an appointment to be tested. If the result is negative, you will be able to participate in the event.

What should I do if I am positive for COVID-19?

If your test is positive, the week of the event, you will unfortunately not be able to access it. So, isolate yourself and respect the protocol put in place by the government.

Do I have to isolate myself if I am a “contact case” and vaccinated?

Even vaccinated, you are considered to be a “contact case”, you must be tested and isolated in order to respect the protocol put in place by the government.

Does the vaccine replace the PCR or Antigen test?

Yes, provided that people have a complete vaccination schedule and the necessary time after the final injection, i.e.:

  • 2 weeks after the 2nd injection for double injection vaccines (Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca);
  • 4 weeks after the injection for vaccines with a single injection (Johnson & Johnson by Janssen);
  • 2 weeks after the injection for vaccines in people who have had a history of Covid (1 single injection).

What about personal data?

The pass contains the information that is strictly necessary: name, date of birth, date of birth, place of residence, and proof of immunity or negativity. They are accessible via a QR code, a digital signature specific to each person.
